A little about Georgia Pantazopoulos AKA gpantzproductions

Born and raised in Lowell, MA. Georgia earned her BA in Cinema Studies and Film Production at Burlington College in Vermont. There she met filmmaker and fellow student, Mark Covino. The two joined forces and have collaborated on many projects together - most notably in the award-winning documentary titled,

A Band Called Death

 

In 2006 Georgia began working on feature films and has been a mainstay in Massachusett’s busy production hub. She joined the local grip & electric union. Since then, Georgia has worked on over more than 40 Hollywood feature films. Her film credits include the following titles:

 

The Fighter

TED

Shutter Island

American Hustle

Black Mass

Ghostbusters

 

 She later reunited with director Mark Covino as the DP on a documentary titled The Crest. 

 

Georgia continues to work as a Grip on feature films but most recently has transitioned into working as a Crane Technician for Monster Remotes. Georgia also freelances as a DP, camera operator on independent productions as well as her own production company GP.Productions.
